Equality Bill does not go far enough

A successful Claimant in an equal pay case, Bridget Bodman, has voiced her opinions and concerns regarding the Equality Bill.

Whilst she supports the aims and objectives of the Bill, and supports companies being forced to publish male and female earnings, she does not think the information published will be detailed enough to enable employees to identify whether they are are being paid less than fellow employees of the opposite sex.
