Few women on top!

 Further to our post yesterday about the tyrant female boss. Grant Thornton has released a study which shows that 38% of firms do not employ a female in a senior management position.  This is unchanged from four years ago.  A seperate study showed there had been a drop of 40% in women in senior management positions at UK FTSE 350 firms over the last 5 years.  Get the full news story here.
