Harassment

Harassment has a definition that is as follows:

Unwanted conduct which has the purpose or effect of violating a person’s dignity or

creates an offensive, intimidating, degrading, humiliating, or hostile environment.

Harassment is unlawful if it is on one of the proscribed grounds eg sex, race, disability, sexual orientation, religion etc
