The EAT has today handed down its decision that a Claimant who brought essentially the same claim for the fourth time is estopped from doing so as an abuse of process. Download here_we_go_again.doc . Not a difficult decision to comprehend but no doubt many will ask was it not an abuse of process on the third occasion? Your thoughts?
