 A popular query about whether a part time worker who does not work on a Monday is entitled to time off in lieu when bank holidays fall on a Monday has been answered in this case Download working_mondays.doc The answer is part time employees are not entitled to time off in lieu for Bank Holidays where those Bank Holidays fall on a day they do not work.
