		<description>I agree that a text is not enough and our blog was expressing amazement at the plan to use texts in the process at all.  However, I don't think there was a suggestion that a text was all it could take to remove someone from the UK.  Enforcement action would be required.</description>

		<description>A text is not enough to send someone back to their country or origin.All you need to do is make sure all employers have access to a visa database where they can verify documents. Failure to make use of the system will then be followed by legal action.</description>
