London Underground Cut Jobs

The RMT claims to have obtained a copy of the London Underground’s spending review, which reportedly proposes the closure of 144 ticket offices throughout the underground. Manned offices will be replaced by ticket machines. This will result in an estimated loss of 1,200 jobs.
