New Business Immigration Laws

by Sarah

New Business Immigration laws came into force last Friday.  Section 8 of the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996 was replaced with sections 15-25 of the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.  This could affect HR Directors who breach the rules.  Employers could find themselves being hit with a £10,000 fine and even face imprisonment.

PJH Law has launched its Business Immigration service for employers to assist in work permits and associated work.  For further details contact us.
