The Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg has been overheard referring to certain colleagues within his own party as “useless” and “not equipped” for their positions.
These comments, together with information concerned future confidential plans of the party, were overheard by passengers on a commuter jet. Unfortunately for Mr Clegg, sat directly in front of him on the plane, was a Sunday Mirror journalist. Doh!!! For further details please click here.
Therefore let the lesson be learnt to watch what you say, how you say it, when you say it, and where you say it!!! Incidents like this in the workplace can cause major problems for both employers and employees alike.
