Pension Regulations finalised

 The Employment Equality (Age) (Amendment No 2) Regulations 2006 have now been laid before Parliament.  These come into force in a fortnight and they clarify and amend many of the exemptions relating to trustees and managers of pension schemes.  They make substantial amendments to the to Schedule 2 of the published Employment Equality (Age) Regulations.Download the_employment_equality_age_amendment_no_2_regulations_2006.htm
