<description>Our employers work as cleaning contractors for a Estate Agents. They have had their contract terminated with one weeks notice. The new contractors refuse to enter any dialogue with our existing employers claiming no knowledge of a TUPE Law, our employer has telephones, faxed and written for information with which he can then share with us, but to no avail. Our employer states we should continue to turn up for work and claim continuity of employment - what should we do please ?

<description>Your have several rights under TUPE:

- To be given information and consulted with about the transfer
- To object to the transfer (before it happens) and leave on the transfer date if you don't want to work for the new Company
- To work for the transferee on the same terms and conditions (except pension) as you did before the transfer
- Not to be dismissed for a reason connected with the transfer

I would need to understand more about why you are unhappy to advise you further. You can call me on 0870 350 5805.
