Practicing what you preach comes to mind!

by Nicky

A shocking report has revealed that the Equality and Human Rights Commission are discriminating against their employees on the grounds of their sex, race and disability as reflected in their remuneration packages.

Male employees are on average are being paid 15% more than their female counterparts, white employees on average are paid 6% more than the black employees, and disabled employees receive approximately 6% less than than those that are able bodied.

How are employers meant to follow suit if the Commission themselves do not adhere to what they preach.

Or is it evidence of systemic failure that even the Equality Commission cannot escape the problems that are so built into our society?
