Religious Discrimination

Religious discrimination is where an individual is treated less favourably than another individual on the grounds of religion or religious belief.

Religion includes any religion.  

Belief includes any religious or philosophical belief.

Reference to religion includes reference to lack of religion, and reference to belief includes lack of belief.
