Review of statutory procedure

 Just as we are all getting used to the statutory dispute procedures, the government has announced a review. Commentary on the review can be found here in this paper. The purpose of the procedures was to reduce the number of Tribunal cases. The number of tribunals has in fact increased, hence the review.
