Snow go…

It appears the snow has caused much travel disruption again like Friday and February this year. We have had quite a bit of snow here which is pretty to look at but seems to cause chaos. Once again there were complaints about the lack of gritters.
From an employers point of view a reminder that the general rule is no work no pay so the christmas holidays have come early for some employees and employers. Many employees may be able to work from home remotely so contingency planning is vital.
Could we be in for a white Christmas??

Isn’t it ironic that BA have ended up cancelling flights due to the weather that would have probably been cancelled had strike action gone ahead? Now BA have disgruntled passengers and have to pay their staff. A pyrrhic victory in the High Court I reckon.
