Sting in Unfair Dismissal and Sex Discrimination

Back in March this year, this blog posted about Sting being taken to an employment tribunal (http://www.pjhlaw.co.uk/blog/mrs-sting/) by his ex-chef, Jane Martin.

Ms Martin won claims of unfair dismissal and sex discrimination against Sting after being dismissed after becoming pregnant in what was described by the tribunal as a “sham”. Trudie Styler, Sting’s wife, described the decision as “a travesty” and announced an immediate appeal.
