Submissions

An argument presented by a party, usually a legal representative, to a Judge as part of the case that he is arguing.

Submissions are usually made at the end of the hearing once all evidence has been heard. It enables the parties to summarise their arguments/case incorporating the evidence that has been given and their legal principles.
