Unfair Dismissal

A former drag queen has won his claim for unfair dismissal against his former employer, Grays At The Northwick.
Dean Awford claimed that he was referred to as a “poof” and “faggot” by his employer and it was held that his employers comment to “F*** Off” constituted unfair dismissal. However, Mr Awford’s claim for sexual orientation dismissal and sexual harassment failed mainly due to his frankness about his sexual activity and the absence of complaints on his part throughout his employment.
