Wrongful Dismissal

Wongful dismissal occurs when an employee is, without cause, dismissed without full notice or without money in lieu of notice. The notice period will be either the statutory minimum (calculated in accordance with the employee’s length of service) or that set out in the employee’s contract of employment.
