Bespoke e-learning solutions

PJH Law are able to work in partnership with employers' HR and Training departments to produce bespoke e-learning solutions. For example, courses can be produced to be used as a compliance tool to train employees on your Company's health and safety and operational procedures and, of course, prove you have done so. PJH Law can also produce an online e-learning induction pack which new employees can undertake prior to commencing employment, saving not only training time when they commence employment but resulting in employees being up to speed and feeling part of the team from day one. The tracking functionality of Learner Managment Systems allows the employer to monitor employee's progress through the induction prior to commencement of employment.

What are the benefits of e-learning?

E-learning offers numerous benefits over conventional training:

  • Cost effective - no need for delegates to take days out of the office or pay transport, accomodation and subsistence costs. E-learning can be done at about 10-20% of the cost of conventional training.
  • Flexible - learning can be undertaken at any time of the day (or night!). Learning can be undertaken in one long session or repeated short sessions to suit each learner's individual time commitments. Learning can even take place before the commencement of employment so new employees are up to speed from day one.
  • Tailored and Interactive - traditional training techniques involve a compromise between the learning styles and attention spans of a group of delegates. E-learning allows courses to be taken in the learner's prefered learning style and lets them learn at their own speed. E-learning is also interactive and enables the learner to engage with the course far more effectively than traditional "talk and chalk" or "death by Powerpoint" training.
  • Automatically Monitored - at the click of the button, managers, training or HR departments can see what courses have been undertaken by each employee.
  • Environmentally friendly - no need for delegates to travel to training venues. Do your bit for the planet!
  • Personal learning support - Dignity at work allows learners to click to contact PJH Law and have their queries answered by a qualified solicitor.
