Making the difference
At PJH Law we have a team of five solicitors, which makes us larger than most of the other employment teams in the area. We handle exclusively employment law matters so as a team we have extensive experience of all types of claim. We all have experience in negotiating, drafting and conducting our own advocacy. The whole team act for both employers and employees in a variety of employment matters. We have big firm experience but being a niche firm offer a more friendly personal service.
Collectively we have over 25 years experience of handling employment cases and have conducted hundreds of tribunals. This means that we can handle any employment related matter from beginning to end. We are used to seeing matters from both sides so can give balanced advice whichever side of the fence we are sitting on! This gives clients confidence and continuity.
As you will see from our profiles we try to do things differently at PJH. Many people have a mental image of a solicitor but we can assure you we do not match that stereotype. You will not find any stuffiness or legal jargon here. We operate a relaxed, informal, friendly and personal service. We have been known to don a suit/tie but more for visits to client premises and Tribunal. We put the clients first, which is why we were the winners in last year’s Law Society Excellence Awards in the category of Excellent Client Service.
